New build office space (Grade A) developed for Akoya London and Feldberg Capital 2024. This circa 42,000 sq. ft. (GIA) project stands as a testament to innovation and excellence in construction.
WT provided project management and principal designer services, ensuring every detail was handled meticulously. Collaborating with our project partners Curo Construction ltd (contractor), Heyne Tillett Steel (Structures), Scotch Partners (MEP and Sustainability) and Barr Gazetas (Architect), we achieved not only BREEAM Outstanding but also a host of other sustainability accreditations.
From achieving low embodied carbon to earning Wiredscore and NABERS certifications, Power Road Studios is a shining example of sustainable development. Despite the challenges of building next to a live railway line, the team created a space that embodies safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
