Belmont House is an existing office building located in Uxbridge. It was built in the 1980’s with an existing GIA of circa 14,500 m2. The project involved stripping back the building to the frame, removing all internal finishes, partitions and services and altering and extending the building, including an additional floor, to give a new GIA of 19,500 m2.

The building is fitted out to Cat A standard. The external areas modernised and two roof level terraces formed.
