Located within the City of London, at the junction between the Bank of England, the Royal Exchange and Mansion House; One Poultry, was completed in 1997. It provides 106,755 sq. ft. of office over upper levels 1 to 5 and 19,020 sq. ft. of retail and separate restaurant space arranged over the concourse, ground and 6th floors. Being one of the last major works of the notable Architect Sir James Stirling, the building has substantial architectural significance.
WT Partnership have been commissioned to provide services for an extensive refurbishment scheme of the existing building which sees all the main office and retail areas of the building refurbished internally along with the provision of new cycling.
WT Partnership is currently providing Cost Management and Principal Designer services.
