A major restoration, refurbishment and fit-out of all internal areas to the Listed Grade II building, sited on the West side of Trafalgar Square. The works included restoring the original hardwood timber screens, ornate plaster ceilings, marble columns and floors, the upgrading of environmental and fire protection services with the integration of state of the art control systems, in addition to the formation of a cinema and art gallery.
