University Centre Hastings 2 provides a further 3,700m2 expansion of an existing campus for the University of Brighton.

The scheme was a partial new building and partial refurbishment of an existing Post Office building.

The accommodation provides ‘state of the art’ facilities including a lecture theatre as well as teaching rooms, office space, a science block, breakout space and a cafeteria.

The building forms a key part of the Hastings Priory Quarter regeneration scheme.
