WT Partnership has acted as Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager, in over 200 Travelodge Hotels since 1999. The projects have ranged from a 10 bed extension to one of Travelodge’s largest hotels comprising 398 rooms in London.

The scheme comprises a 210 bedroom Crowne Plaza Hotel occupying 9 storeys with a Staybridge Suites 116 room Hotel occupying the top 7 storeys.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Munich
The project includes the renovation of the ground floor public areas, lobby, bar and first floor restaurant and meeting spaces at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Munich.
Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter
The refurbishment and extension of an existing shopping centre in two phases, the first of which included the conversion of existing office space into 4 small residential units as well as a refurbishment to the retail units.

WT Partnership have been commissioned to provide services for an extensive refurbishment scheme of the existing building which sees all the main office and retail areas of the building refurbished internally along with the provision of new cycling.
6 Bevis Marks, London
A new high-quality office development of 235,000 sq. ft (160,000 sq. ft. net) in the heart of the City adjacent to the Grade II listed Baltic Exchange building and constructed in the shadow of the iconic London landmark the Gherkin.
Belmont House, Uxbridge
Belmont House is an existing office building located in Uxbridge. The project involved stripping back the building to the frame, removing all internal finishes, partitions and services and altering and extending the building, including an additional floor.

Goldsmiths University, Richard Hoggart Building Cinema
Conversion of a lecture theatre into a 101-seat state of the art cinema. WTP provided realistic budgets initially then worked with the appointed contractor collaboratively, whilst working on an open book policy to deliver the best project for Goldsmiths.
Brunel University London – AMCC2 Building
The project involved extensive stakeholder liaison whilst working around existing ‘live’ buildings adjoining the site which required careful management. WT Partnership was appointed to provide full pre and post contract QS services.
International Aviation Academy, Norwich
The project comprises a 4,050m2 building on the south-side of Norwich Airport formed from the modification and refurbishment of an existing Type C hangar to accommodate up to 20 classrooms, 6 engineering workshops and an Emulation Zone facility.
Wilsons School, Croydon
The project was commissioned by the governors to celebrate the school’s 400th Anniversary in 2015 and comprised the design, procurement and construction of a whole scale refurbishment of an existing school hall.
