Nelson Street, Belfast is a 11 storey building for a Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation. The (PBMSA) scheme comprises of 774 bed spaces.

The project consisted the design, procurement, construction and completion of a new student accommodation block behind, and incorporating, a retained façade/structural bay together with all demolitions, external and contingent works.

IQ Kingston, comprises of modernisation of existing student bedrooms, cluster kitchens/rooms, circulation areas and ground floor common room, and the conversion of a cycle store to a new gymnasium.

London Spring Place is an exciting new build student accommodation scheme being developed by Experience Invest in the centre of Luton. 427 student bedrooms will be provided over 2 phases.
