Demolition of a former nursing home and construction of a new 27 bed care home providing 24-hour specialist care for permanently physically and mentally disabled patients.

Great Patrick Street, Belfast is a 11 storey building comprising a retail unit at ground floor level, 474 managed student accommodation.

Nelson Street, Belfast is a 11 storey building for a Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation. The (PBMSA) scheme comprises of 774 bed spaces.

The project consisted the design, procurement, construction and completion of a new student accommodation block behind, and incorporating, a retained façade/structural bay together with all demolitions, external and contingent works.

IQ Kingston, comprises of modernisation of existing student bedrooms, cluster kitchens/rooms, circulation areas and ground floor common room, and the conversion of a cycle store to a new gymnasium.

A major restoration, refurbishment and fit-out of all internal areas to the Listed Grade II building, sited on the West side of Trafalgar Square.

The 31-bed Oak Centre for Children and Young People is one of the largest comprehensive children and young people’s cancer centres in Europe. The centre sees almost 600 inpatients and more than 5,000 day patients every year.

The construction of a new performing arts building, sixth form block and sports hall for Channing School for Girls in Highgate to enhance their existing sports and arts facilities, along with re-landscaping works and a new glazed extension to the dining hall.

WT Partnership has acted as Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager, in over 200 Travelodge Hotels since 1999. The projects have ranged from a 10 bed extension to one of Travelodge’s largest hotels comprising 398 rooms in London.
