This new commercial building is set to bring more than 415,000ft2 of Grade A, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ office space to the City of London, plus premium retail provision.

Bollo Lane is a landmark building comprising a 14, 8 and 3 storey tower.

The scheme comprised the design and construction a new six screen cinema and four in-line restaurants (A3/A4 use) and five additional units in A3/A5 use, together with an underpass, highway works, surface car park and landscaping (including a drainage attenuation pond and services).

The refurbishment of the Royal Free Hospital Imaging Department was executed in two phases/contracts.
