The redevelopment by Almacantar Limited of the Grade II listed, 34 storey Centre Point Tower in Oxford Street, London.

The scheme provides 82 apartments, together with leisure facilities, new retail and parking.

A new public realm scheme has been developed for the area by the London Borough of Camden, which encompasses the future Crossrail station as well as Centre Point itself.

WT Partnership are currently providing Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services.
