The scheme has been awarded BREEAM 2018 ‘Outstanding’ certification and the office space of 430,000 sq.ft is now fully pre-let.

WT provided Cost Consultancy and Employers Agent services on the project from the initial feasibility studies and throughout the pre-construction and construction phases.

It was a pleasure to work closely with developer OPLM and development manager CO-RE to deliver this landmark building.

A collaborative approach with the design team, main contractor and supply chain has ensured the successful delivery of the project which has spanned the covid pandemic and other market difficulties.
