A new high-quality office development of 235,000 sq. ft (160,000 sq. ft. net) in the heart of the City adjacent to the Grade II listed Baltic Exchange building and constructed in the shadow of the iconic London landmark the Gherkin.

The project is arranged over 16 upper floors and includes a roof top garden and features EFTE roof covering.
