The project consisted the design, procurement, construction and completion of a new student accommodation block behind, and incorporating, a retained façade/structural bay together with all demolitions, external and contingent works.
The new 8 storey building provides modern accommodation for up to 171 students (in 168 units) enabling them to live, study and socialise in a safe and secure environment.
