A Crossrail over-station development comprising nine floors of office accommodation and retail space.
WT advised the client on the initial joint venture with TfL and the subsequent joint venture agreement with Allianz Real Estate, now PIMCO Prime Real Estate. The scheme spans several parcels of land and incorporates multiple underground rail assets, with live Circle and Metropolitan lines running through the site.
On behalf of the client, WT managed the negotiation of all third-party agreements. WT also managed the enabling works packages ahead of the main construction works.
These works included the removal and relocation of extensive TfL and third-party signalling and telecommunications infrastructure within the scheme footprint, remedial works to the Victorian railway tunnels beneath the site and archaeological excavations alongside the Hammersmith and City tube line.
