Crossrail Over Site Development comprising 9 floors of office + retail.

WT advised the client on both the initial joint venture with TfL and the subsequent JV agreement with Allianz Real Estate (now PIMCO Prime Real Estate) in the development of the scheme involving several parcels of land, which include multiple underground rail assets, and live Circle & Metropolitan lines running through the site. WT managed the negotiation of all third-party agreements on behalf of the employer.

The completed enabling works packages, managed by WT, prior to the Main Works involved the relocation of ~400no. TfL signalling cables within the basement footprint of the scheme, remedial to Victorian rail tunnels beneath the site, and archaeology excavation works next to the live railway.
