A mixed waterfront development which is expected to comprise c.2,900 units comprising town houses and medium/high rise residential apartments for private and affordable tenure, fully integrated with ancillary commercial and community facilities on a 32 acre site.

The residential units are being developed in 4 main phases, with Phases 1 & 2 comprising 1,095 units having been completed. WT Partnership are currently engaged on Phases 3,4 and 5.

GMV is being built using some of the most advanced technology and adhering to current best practice in the construction industry. The buildings are being constructed from materials that are environmentally sustainable. Recycled and locally produced materials are being used whenever possible. GMV set new standards for environmentally sustainable development, with both Phases 1 & 2 achieving EcoHomes Excellent.
