Nelson Street, Belfast is a 11 storey building for a Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation. The (PBMSA) scheme comprises of 774 bed spaces on lands bound by Little York Street, Great Georges Street and Nelson Street, Belfast.
The PBMSA complex is broken down into a mixture of clusters of 4 –6 bedrooms with dedicated living and kitchen areas, and individual studio apartments. The PBMSA shall also include associated communal amenity areas, in the form of common rooms, study areas and external landscaped courtyard.
