An award-winning refurbishment of a high profile 1930s art deco building in Stepney Green to form 5,000 sq.m. of office space to relocate the QMUL, Estates and Facilities department.

New build office space (Grade A) developed for Akoya London and Feldberg Capital 2024. This circa 42,000 sq. ft. (GIA) project stands as a testament to innovation and excellence in construction.

This new commercial building is set to bring more than 415,000ft2 of Grade A, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ office space to the City of London, plus premium retail provision.

Major alterations and refurbishment of a 1980’s office building of circa 225,00 sq. ft. (160,000 sq. ft. net) of high-quality, flexible office space in a midtown location between Fleet Street and the Embankment.

WT Partnership provided Cost Management, Employers Agent and Principal Designer services for this new development retaining the existing facades of the historic 1920’s landmark on Leicester Square.

The project involves the regeneration of the 35-acre historic docklands site in South East London. Located in the heart of the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone, the Royal Albert Dock is set to undergo a £1.7bn makeover.

The scheme comprises the major refurbishment of an existing office building. WT Partnership is currently providing Cost Management and Principal Designer services.

The refurbishment of the old FA headquarters at 25 Soho Square including upper floor extensions was completed on behalf of Aviva Investors.

WT Partnership have been commissioned to provide services for an extensive refurbishment scheme of the existing building which sees all the main office and retail areas of the building refurbished internally along with the provision of new cycling.
